Lucy Scacchetti is an experienced educator and talent systems leader who partners with schools and education organizations to design strategic, scalable systems that ensure every student is served by the right people. With a career spanning classroom teaching, instructional leadership, and organizational talent strategy, Lucy has a deep understanding of what it takes to build and sustain high-performing teams in service of student achievement.

Lucy has served as an Assistant Principal of Instruction and Head of Talent at Nashville Classical, a high-performing charter school, where she created aligned curriculum systems, led instructional coaching, and built end-to-end talent systems from scratch. Her talent work has included designing high-retention stewardship systems, implementing predictive hiring practices, and training leaders to recruit and grow strong staff — all in the face of a shrinking educator pipeline.

Known for her collaborative, data-driven approach, Lucy brings efficiency, clarity, and deep school-side experience to every engagement.
